SHIPPING POLICY
Chaos & Confetti Co currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time but may be offered in the future.
PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are normally processed within 3–5 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order products may require additional processing time. Any longer processing period will be stated in the individual product description.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY
Available shipping methods and rates are calculated and displayed during checkout. Estimated delivery times begin after an order has been processed and given to the shipping carrier.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping-carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
ORDER TRACKING
When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information using the email address provided during checkout. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after receiving the shipping confirmation.
SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has begun processing or has shipped.
Chaos & Confetti Co is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned and must be reshipped.
LOST, DAMAGED, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but it cannot be located, please check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier. Contact us if you need assistance with the information required to submit a carrier claim.
